Reports To: Lead Aesthetician

Qualifications:

• at least 1 year experience as technician
• has completed a recognized Bio-Gel Nail Sculpting program

Reports To: Lead Concierge/Spa Director

Qualifications:
• at least 2 years experience in customer service with an emphasis in reservations/event planning
• proficiency with administrative duties including accounts payable, scheduling, filing and correspondence

A professional who:
• has exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• has a passion for dealing with Guests and understands the importance of exemplary customer service
• works well as part of a team committed to honesty, integrity and professionalism
• handles challenges with poise, grace, and sound judgment

Ability to:
• handle Guest reservations with discretion, professionalism and accuracy
• navigate computer reservations systems as well as office programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• implement sales techniques in a professional manner
• prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail and a strong sense of organization.
