Title: Team Leader Spa Concierge
The Spa Ritual in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a highly motivated Leader who enjoys working with a team of professionals. This individual must be capable of remaining calm, friendly and professional while addressing multiple Guest needs and be well presented at all times. A proven ability to reach sales goals and must possess leadership qualities such as outstanding communication skills, effective time management, managing sales, optimising bookings, organization and coordination of groups, scheduling and motivation of the Spa Concierge/Thai Host team. Candidate must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
