Title: Concierge

Reports To: Spa Director

Qualifications:

• at least 4 years experience in customer service with an emphasis in reservations/event planning, Hotel Concierge experience an asset
• proficiency with administrative duties including accounts payable, scheduling, filing and correspondence
• sales experience would be an asset

A professional who:

• has exceptional interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• has a passion for dealing with Guests and understands the importance of exemplary customer service and exemplifies our philosophy of providing gracious hospitality
• handles challenges with poise, grace and sound judgment
• works well as part of a team committed to honesty, integrity and professionalism

Ability to:

• handle Guest reservations with discretion, professionalism and accuracy
• navigate computer reservations systems as well as office programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
• implement sales techniques in a professional manner
• prioritize tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail and a strong sense of organization

Title: Registered Massage Therapist
Reports To: Team Lead, Registered Massage Therapist

Qualifications:


• holds current registration as RMT

• 2 years of experience in massage therapy and Guest care

• evening and weekend availability an asset

Ability to:

• uphold values of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in team environment
