All massages are performed by Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). Insurance receipts available. As part of our commitment to best practices, health and safety, we do not perform massages for women in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Mummy to-be Prenatal Massage
60 minutes, $135
Performed only after first trimester
Designed to nurture the expectant mother and baby, helping to promote a healthy pregnancy. Effleurage and light petrissage are used to alleviate tension and improve circulation in the feet, legs, lower back, hips and neck. Skin nourishing Coco Cream is applied to the tummy and hips.

New Mummy Nurturing Massage
60 minutes, $125
Not performed during pregnancy
A deeply relaxing massage, customized upon consultation. Skin nourishing Coco Cream revitalizes and soothes the skin.
