Reservations and Cancellations
Walk-ins are welcome. We do recommend you book your spa treatment in advance, in order to guarantee your preferred treatment choice and time. A major credit card or a Spa Ritual Gift Card identification number is required to reserve your appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notice for single spa experiences, 48 hours notice for multiple spa experiences and packages, and 14 days notice for the cancellation of group bookings. Cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged in full.
The Spa Ritual Policies
Prices are subject to GST. Prices and spa experiences may also change without notice. Gratuities are customary at your discretion. Gratuities are not included in Gift Cards.

At The Spa Ritual, all tools utilized in nail treatments undergo hospital grade sterilization. For your safety, our chairs feature pipe-less footbaths to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
