Prepare for your spa experience by arriving no later than 20 minutes beforehand to complete your Health History Form, and enjoy our separate Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s therapeutic steam rooms.* Please note that late arrival to your scheduled appointment may lead to an abbreviated treatment duration so as to not disrupt the appointment flow of other scheduled Guests.

A locker is provided for your personal effects while enjoying The Spa Ritual experience, with a generous sized spa robe and slippers for your comfort. Please be aware—if you are running late your spa experience may be shortened, in order to honour the time reserved for our next Guest. Please leave your valuables at home—The Spa Ritual does not accept responsibility for loss of property during your spa visit.

We are pleased to offer Guests a selection of Spa Cuisine, featuring local ingredients. Please refer to our website for our seasonal selections. We recommend that you pre-order when booking your appointment to avoid disappointment should your selection not be available the day of your appointment. Our signature line of botanical teas, flavoured waters and light organic spa snacks are complimentary in our Guest lounges.
