COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

To Our Loyal Guests,

We are excited to announce that effective immediately, we are booking appointments for Thursday June 18, 2020. In order to maintain our commitment to Guest safety, we have changed our business procedures:

- In order to maintain a safe environment, Concierge will be pre-screening all Guests at the time of booking. Following your booking you will be sent a COVID-19 Consent form, please fill this out prior to arriving to your appointment.

- Once you arrive at The Spa Ritual, please have your face mask on. If you do not own one, we will provide you with one as soon as you enter the building. We require all Guests to use the hand sanitizer provided and to have their temperature taken with a no-contact thermometer.

- At this time, our changing rooms are open, but some of our amenities are unavailable.

- For the interim, our new hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday - Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm

- Effective Monday July 6, 2020 our new hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday 10:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm
 
We are proud of the level of sterilization we provide here at The Spa Ritual. In order to further protect our Staff and Guests, we will be increasing all of our clean up times and are doing extra sweeps thorough the spa to thoroughly sterilize all areas. All Staff will be wearing appropriate Personal Protection Equipment. 
 
As we navigate this new landscape, we will be updating all of our Guests on any changes that arise. The health and safety of our Staff and Guests, remains a top priority. While the new measures may take time to get used to, we are excited and look forward to leading all Guests on their path to rejuvenation.
