Construction has begun on the building adjacent to us. We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to allow sufficient time to find parking. While the noises caused by the construction are out of our control, we remain committed to giving our Guests an exceptional spa experience.

Infrared Saunas
Begin your experience with a therapeutic far-infrared sauna session that includes Chromotherapy (illuminated colour therapy) and Acoustic Resonance Therapy (sound waves) to stimulate detoxification while promoting mind-body relaxation.
Bali Sanctuary
Relax before or after your treatment in our peaceful Bali Sanctuary. Guests are welcome to experience relaxing thermotherapy on our infrared-heated, ergonomically perfect, natural stone chaise loungers, which are exclusive to The Spa Ritual in Canada.
Som'ta Lounge
Relax before or after your treatment in the comfort of our Som'ta Lounge, featuring Asian inspired décor and a bamboo fountain. Our signature line of botanical teas, flavoured waters and light spa snacks are complimentary.
Spa Bistro
Located adjacent to our Som'ta Lounge, we are pleased to offer guests a select menu of spa cuisine featuring fresh ingredients. Cuisine must be ordered 48 hours in advance.
Spa Boutique
Extend your visit to last long after leaving the spa by purchasing skin and body care products to use at home. Our Spa Boutique offers a unique collection of wellness products, spa gifts, and apparel.
Tea Ceremony Room
Groups are invited to share our signature line of Botanical Teas in the elegant surroundings of our Tea Ceremony Room.
