Facebook  and Instagram Contest rules and regulations

Contest details: No purchase is necessary to enter. Winner will be drawn at random. The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are: (a) legal residents of Canada; and (b) over the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence; and (c) located within Canada at the time of entry. 

You are NOT eligible to enter the Sweepstakes if, at any time on or after January 1, 2022 you are or were: (a) a director, officer, employee, representative or agent of The Spa Ritual or its affiliates.
 

Prizes will vary; please see social media post for details.

The Prize must be taken as awarded and cannot be exchanged for other treatments or cash. Gratuities are the responsibility of the winner of the prize. Winner consents to use of their name to promote that they won the contest. Winner must pick up their prize at The Spa Ritual, no prizes will be mailed out. Prizes must be claimed within 5 days of the close of contest.   

Contest runs from 9 am on May 8, 2023 and closes at 9 pm on May 8, 2023. The winner will be notified by Facebook or Instagram and/or Facebook/Instagram messenger. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, The Spa Ritual may select an alternate entrant to award the prize to at their sole discretion.
